Effective Date: 9/6/20261. Custom & Bespoke Orders
As our specialty lies in custom 3D CAD design and bespoke goldsmithing, all custom orders are considered final. Once a 3D design is approved by you and cast into gold, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged due to the personalized nature of the craftsmanship.
2. Pricing & Gold Fluctuations
Due to the nature of fine jewelry, prices are subject to change based on the daily global market price of gold and precious stones. When you submit an order request, our master jeweler will calculate the exact price and provide a custom quotation. This quote is only valid for the day it is issued due to market volatility.
3. Order Processing & Payment via Wish Money
All orders are processed through a personal concierge experience via WhatsApp. Once you approve your custom quotation and timeline, full advance payment is required to begin crafting. For our clients in Lebanon, payments are accepted exclusively via Wish Money. The quoted price includes all delivery fees.
4. Repairs, Modifications & Maintenance
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If a piece requires repair, resizing, or modification, please contact our Bourj Hammoud workshop directly. Maintenance and modification fees may apply depending on the nature of the request and the materials required.
5. Intellectual Property
All 3D designs, imagery, logos, and content on this website (www.najarianjewellery.com) are the intellectual property of Najarian Jewellery and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our explicit written consent.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
